Healthy meal

Hohoho! Are you familiar with this picture? Supposedly, yes, who wouldn’t know this popular fried chicken icon – the happy meal from McDonald! Mcd fried chicken has been widely known for its taste for a long time even up to this moment, and its fun package has also succeeded to attract kids as their major customers as it’s packed with fancy thematic toys each season, no wonder why many people are in love with this quick-tasty-meal more than ever.

However, all the interesting features of this product can never be seperated from the downside it brings. There is a high level of health issue ever since fast food is vastly available all around starting from obesity to a life threatening matter. This later got me thinking that aside from my appetite to eat this fancy meal, I feel the need to change my consumption for a better condition. So, I start to have more veggies now than ever before despite the fact that I don’t like eating greens at all when I was small.

Here I go now – fruit and vegetable salad. Fruit is never an enemy to me, so it is easy to have this on my bowl; however, it can’t be true for veggies, so I kinda had a hard time to have one until I got enlightened by my beloved boss about how to befriend this green stuff – adding the right sauce to boost my appetite.

Never comes to my mind that I could finally fall for salad for my meals! (Really, you guys have no idea how I hate greens before). The recommended sauce has successfully spell its magic power to boost my appetite – roasted sesame salad dressing by Kewpie.

Now, I really enjoy eating those greens with this dressing. It is a good companion for salad starter; you can also combine it with chicken for more nutritious contents. There are also other good variants of salad dressing you can find in grocery stores like caesar sauce, thousand island and many more. By means, you can adjust the salad dressing with your taste, and that will help us make no excuse for not eating veggies 🙂

Such consumption really has an impact on my physical and emotional well-being. My body feels light even when I am full after thing those greens, and I feel happier eating lots of this as there is no risk of getting fatter as it is low in carbs. So, I would like to encourage everyone out there to try this consumption, slowly adopting a more healthy lifestyle for a better life ahead.

Happy Salad-ing everyone!
